Shipping and Delivery
When do you ship orders, and how are holidays handled?
We ship all fresh, frozen dog food orders on Mondays. To make that week’s shipment, orders must be placed before 12:00 CST on Sunday.
Orders placed after that will ship the following Monday.
We do not ship during weeks when a holiday falls.
- If the holiday is any day of the week, we skip shipping for that entire week.
- If the holiday is on a Saturday, we don’t ship the Monday before.
- If the holiday is on a Sunday, we don’t ship the next day (Monday).
Observed holidays: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
How much does shipping cost for your products?
Raw Dog Food: Flat rate of $29 per 30LB box or $20 per 15LB box (contiguous U.S. only)
What if my order arrives partially thawed?
No worries! Slight thawing during transit is completely safe. Just pop the product back in the freezer as soon as it arrives.
