We ship orders every MONDAY.

Orders must be placed before 2:00PM (CST) on Sunday to be shipped on Monday.

Any orders received after 2:00PM (CST) on Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Freeze dried raw ships SEPARATELY.

Due to warmer weather, slight thawing during transit may occur and is completely safe. Simply place the product in the freezer upon arrival. If you have any questions about the product upon delivery, please reach out to our support team.
