Refund policy

 

Our products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their perishable nature. All sales are final.
On a case by case basis we may elect to process a refund. Packages are shipping out on Mondays ONLY. If shipment tracking shows that the package has not arrived to its destination by the end-of-day Sunday, we will refund 100%. To claim a refund, you must contact us.

Shipping Schedule
WE ONLY SHIP ON MONDAYS. Orders must be placed before noon on Monday (CST) in order to be shipped the following Monday. Any orders received after noon on Monday (CST) will go out a week from the following Monday.

Holiday Shipping Schedule, which includes Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day: If a holiday lands any time during the week, we will not be shipping that week. If a holiday lands on a Saturday, we will not be shipping the previous Monday. If a holiday lands on a Sunday, we will not be shipping the next day, Monday. Please note, this means we will be closed for two weeks for Christmas and New Year’s.
