Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for all orders are a flat rate of $40 per 30lb box, or $20 per 15lb box anywhere in the contiguous United States.

Shipping Schedule

We ship our fresh, frozen dog food on Mondays.

Orders must be placed before 10am on Monday (CST) to be shipped that Monday.

Any orders received after 10am on Monday (CST) will ship the following Monday.

If a holiday lands any time during the week, we will not be shipping that week. If a holiday lands on a Saturday, we will not be shipping the previous Monday. If a holiday lands on a Sunday, we will not be shipping the next day, Monday.

Holidays include: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day

Packaging & Serving

Everything will be sent out frozen and tightly packed. Once you receive your order, freeze anything you don't plan on using immediately.

If any of your products arrive thawed or starting to defrost, this is perfectly fine and safe! You do not need to worry or panic. It is perfectly safe to thaw and re-freeze pet food.

When you are ready to feed your pup, simply pull the package out of the freezer 24 hours before, thaw, then serve!

My dogs love it

The dogs loved the product. The only issue I had is the wait time since they’re located in the Midwest and I’m on the east coast.

I loved the simple packaging and the how the food was still frozen solid!

This is the absolute best product I’ve ever had the pleasure of witnessing. My dog is crazy for it and it saves me so much money because I am no longer throwing away uneaten food.
Awesome is not a good enough word for me to use for describing this product. But I honestly see it as a blessing.
